This month we’ve been exploring belonging. We looked at our own internal sense of belonging and what that feels like, our belonging with others, with nature and with the wider cosmos. There are so many ways we belong.
Belonging inherently means a sense of connection, with ourselves, with others, with the wider world and beyond. Belonging also includes a sense of confidence in who we are, what we believe in and value, our sense of place - a trust if you like. And it involves compassion, a sense of realising we all want to belong and sometimes that is difficult.
This week we look at our theme in a creative way.
There are four different offerings of Wabi Sabi Life each month (one each week).
A monthly themed newsletter - some themes I am exploring include hope, doubt, harmony and wonder.
A regular audio reflection or meditation (for paid subscribers)
A creative prompt (for paid subscribers), something to unleash your self awareness and self expression.
A monthly ‘Scintilla’ newsletter - a round up of what’s on my cultural radar
If you are not already a paid subscriber, I hope this offering will tempt you to be so. It makes a world of difference to me.
If you can’t afford to subscribe but appreciate my writing you can buy me a coffee!
