I cannot adequately describe how powerful and peaceful your posts are for

me. The whole philosophy of wabi sabi has long been one I have been drawn to, can

relate to, especially beauty in imperfection. I saw the movie Perfect Day, and

every part of me responded to it. As an 82-year-old American who for a

good part of my life lived an existence of rushing, being productive and

avoiding the riches embedded in quiet, solitude and nature, my life for the

past 15 years has been an intentional reset that has challenged the

Western definition of a successful life. And I am profoundly grateful for that

awakening. In my daily morning nature walks and in the ordinary things

that now draw my attention and appreciation, I feel more fully alive and

present than ever before. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this. I never know really how much my writing reaches people and its effects. I am so glad to hear of your shift in life to the ever present beauty of the everyday.

Thank you for this peaceful and fascinating collection of stories, just perfect as I sit watching and listening to the gentle thunderstorm outside (Minnesota in the US). I hope the heat wave in the UK passes soon 💕

I felt that this story about the monkey vividly illustrates the depth of human desire—including my own. It highlights the importance of recognizing the value of what we already possess and finding contentment in it. Reflecting on this story reminded me of a particular four-character phrase; that single phrase perfectly encapsulates the entire tale. I hope to write an article about it someday. Thank you for the excellent post.
